Addison Rae was born in Lafayette, Louisiana in 2000. She attended Calvary Baptist Academy before moving to Los Angeles in 2019 to pursue her career full time. Before she became a star, Addison worked at her local Chick-fil-A restaurant. At age 15, she started a YouTube channel where she posted videos about fashion, beauty, lifestyle and dance tutorials. Social Media Success: In July 2019, Addison joined TikTok where her success quickly exploded. As of April 2021 she has amassed over 85 million followers which makes her the second most followed person on the platform after Charli D'Amelio. As well as posting comedy skits and lip syncing videos on TikTok, Addison also has an impressive following on other social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter and YouTube. 

In addition to being an influential presence online with millions of fans around the world, Addison is also involved in several charitable initiatives including donating meals to frontline workers during the pandemic and creating makeup products with proceeds going towards helping children in need. She also recently signed a deal with Hollister Co., becoming their first ever global ambassador which will enable her to help bring even more awareness to important causes that are close to her heart.
