A former Pageant Queen (Miss Nebraska 2014 & Miss Nebraska USA 2020), turned The “Sales Queen,” Megan (Swanson) Rhodes is the CEO and Founder of SalesQueen.com, which equips women with the mindset, tools, and frameworks to build wealth through Sales.
After sustaining a 85% closing rate for her first global consulting company, Powerhouse Pageantry for almost 10 years, Megan now teaches her Sales Queen secrets with the world. Inspired to “close the sales gap” of the mere 33% of salespeople being women, through her unique and repeatable frameworks, Megan equips women all over the world to strengthen their confidence, rewire their money-mindsets, and discover their unique sales voice, so that they can build wealth by embracing the superpower of “selling like a girl.”
Standing six-feet tall since the age of twelve, Megan knows what it’s like to stand out from the crowd. But sometimes standing out means you don’t always fit in. After time, this can wreak havoc on self-acceptance, self-confidence, and the can strip away the courage to do what you’re called to do. As a survivor of an eating disorder, relationship abuse, and starting her first company as a broke barista with just $162 in her pocket, Megan wants every woman on earth to know that they can become absolutely anything, at any level, if they’re willing to never stop learning, doing, and rethinking. You too, can go from who you think you are now, to the Queen of your own calling.
Additionally, Megan is the proud wife of her other half, the “Marketing King,” Landon Rhodes - (founder & CEO of Grindstone Studios and Creative Academy) A graduate of Belmont University’s School of Commercial Music, Megan has been singing and songwriting since she was a young child, having performed and spoken to tens of thousands in her lifetime.
