Metallica Returns with Mammoth World Tour

Metallica is back with a new world tour! The band announced their "WorldWired Tour" in February, and they're set to kick off the North American leg on May 10th in Baltimore. The tour will run through the end of October, including stops at venues like Madison Square Garden and Fenway Park. 

 This will be Metallica's first tour since 2009, and the band is promising a "mammoth production." They're also planning to play a mix of old and new songs, so fans can expect to hear tunes from both the Black Album and Hardwired... to Self-Destruct.

 "We are really looking forward to returning to North America for a full tour," said drummer Lars Ulrich. "It's been way too long since we've seen all of our friends out there. We promise it will be worth the wait!"
