What's Viral TikTok Rapper Bankrol Hayden Up To?

USA News hooked up with Bankrol Hayden to learn some key things about his background, current work, and future goals. 

 Here is what Bankrol Hayden told us: 

When did you realize you wanted to be a musician?  "I’ve wanted to be a musician since 8th grade cause I didn’t like school, and I’ve always loved music." 

What other performers influenced your music?  "Artists like juice world kid cudi Kendrick Lamar Mac miller they’ve always inspired me because of the love they had for music." 

Which platform is your favorite and why?  "Tick Tok is my favorite platform. It’s the easiest for me to connect to my audience and has the most reach in the world to get my music out there." 

Do you plan on touring in any significant events/festivals?  "I just performed at juice world day. It was the best experience in my life, and coming this April, I got my first tour coming up." 

Are you dropping any new music or what other exciting things are you planning this year?  "I’m getting ready to drop my first official album. I’ve been working on it for two years now, and I’m just excited for everyone to hear it, and just performing at colleges, I can connect with people my age and my supporters."
