Hustle Niche LLC: A Story of Resilience, Innovation, and Partnership Amid Adversity
Nationwide April. 09, 2025 (USANews.com) Hustle Niche LLC, founded by Benjamin Guska and his fiancée, Lindsey, stands as a testament to resilience, teamwork, and perseverance in the face of adversity. Together, they have built a thriving e-commerce business despite battling the long-term effects of COVID-19, while managing personal and professional challenges that have tested their physical, mental, and emotional limits. The journey of Hustle Niche LLC, the company that owns multiple websites is not solely about Ben but is a shared story of both partners, where Lindsey's contribution is as vital as Ben's. What started as a passion project, with both of them working from home, because of Long Covid has grown into a successful enterprise under the brand Marksman Market, Wiseowl Optics, and many more.  Their business specializes in drop shipping and e-commerce, with products ranging from health and beauty to outdoor gear and firearm accessories. Lindsey’s role in the company goes beyond a traditional business partner. Initially a therapist, Lindsey started the Wise Owl brand, which was the foundation of the websites they have been building. What began with her passion for mental health and wellness grew into a larger mission. The decision to focus on this journey came with a sign that Lindsey saw as a message from the universe. One night, an owl visited their chicken coop, a moment she viewed as a divine confirmation that they were on the right path. "We didn’t know what website to start with, and then an owl actually went to our chicken coop that night," Lindsey explained. “Ben said It felt like the universe was telling us to keep going. I truly believe in trusting your gut, and that moment confirmed we were moving in the right direction. The Universe was speaking”.
Lindsey’s deep connection to mental health intuition has been a guiding force throughout their business’s growth. She adds, “I’ve noticed that neurodivergent colleagues and friends have an ability to really hone in on their gut feelings, and that’s been our compass. The universe gave us that sign, and we ran with it.” The road to success has been far from easy. Both Ben and Lindsey have dealt with the debilitating effects of long COVID, a challenge that continues to affect their daily lives. Ben, who had a history in Radiology and Healthcare management, faced severe symptoms, including fatigue and brain fog, and was hospitalized due to complications. Lindsey, too, has fought through the persistent symptoms of long COVID, while balancing the demands of building their business. Despite these struggles, they have found strength in each other and their shared commitment to their business and its values.  “I saw on the front lines the affect this had on the workers next to me, and its sort of an insane thing.  You lose abilities to think, memory loss, crippling fatigue, gaslighting to job loss.  And then your tossed and we all the sudden forgot about the last few years.” Says Ben.  He at that point knew even wounded, broken maybe it was time to do something different.  In addition to managing chronic health issues, Ben has navigated the challenges of ADHD and being Twice Exceptional, a secret he kept private. His ability to hyper-focus has served him well in growing their business, despite the obstacles he faces. His journey has been shaped by past experiences as a professional athlete, variety, and pain as he puts it, where he learned the importance of pacing, mental strength, and resilience as he has gotten older.  "The fight isn't just physical. It's mental. And what I’ve learned from my journey through healthcare and athletics is that persistence and mindset are everything," Ben shared.  “That is harder if you literally cannot engage a part of your brain that makes processes and filters thoughts.  You can see a support group for ADHD, and one for Long Haulers,  and you could switch the title and you would never know, then add a shortage of medication and Dr’s who are burned out, and scared to prescribe anything these days”.  As Ben put it, it’s a recipe for disaster.  A key part of their mission is to use their platform not only to run a business but to raise awareness about the long-term effects of COVID-19, the Long term, particularly for healthcare workers who have felt abandoned after serving on the frontlines of the pandemic. “It’s heartbreaking. We gave everything, and now there’s no support. No funding,” Ben remarked. Through Hustle Niche LLC, Ben and Lindsey aim to create a space of support for others affected by long COVID, helping those who feel overlooked and isolated to find community and resources.  And raise awareness.   As they continue to grow their business, they remain committed to the core values of resilience, pacing, and building a sustainable income and their favorite giving back. Their story reflects the understanding that success isn’t just about financial gain, but about pushing through adversity together. "We want to show others that no matter how tough things get, there is always a way to push forward. You just have to be willing to take it one step at a time," Ben said. Looking ahead, Ben and Lindsey have plans to launch five more websites in the next month.  These ventures will further their goal of providing value to their customers and raising awareness about important issues. Their passion for helping others extends beyond the confines of their business. Bens history with volunteering, especially his time spent at Walter Reed at the age of 19, shaped his commitment to supporting people in need. This foundation of helping others continues to drive their initiatives today. “We have a heart for giving back,” Lindsey shared. “Whether it’s helping veterans, supporting breast cancer fundraisers, or offering funding to our team to pursue their goals, it’s important to me to stay grounded in those roots. I’ve always believed that helping others helps me heal.” “Our team has a common theme, be the sheepdogs of the world. Offer grace, and learn as best you can” Through Hustle Niche LLC, Ben and Lindsey hope to inspire others to keep pushing forward, even when the path seems uncertain. Their story is one of strength, determination, and the power of partnership. “You are not alone,” Ben shared. “We’re in this together, and we will keep pushing forward. If I can do it, so can you. Multiple eyes see better, and team work really can make it all work”. For more information on Hustle Niche LLC and its ventures, visit Hustle Niche LLC.
