His name is Jerry J. Bobb and he is for all intents and purposes…part Engineer, part Visionary, part Creator, part Culinary Artist and ALL BUSINESS which makes him a Culinary Game Changer.
Jerry can now lay claim to being a seasoned veteran businessman who has the experience and know how to have many of the answers but he wasn't always this way.

The lane? A one of a kind, unique restaurant concept that revolves around an all classic vegetable staple….the potato. Now surely Jerry can't take credit for inventing the all time classic vegetable but he can take credit for SUPER sizing it and helping to make it the star of the menu.
Jerry is the Chef/Creator/Owner/Operator of Super Taters & More in Scott, (Lafayette) Louisiana. Super Taters is game changing for Culinary Artistic gourmet stuffed baked potatoes but also for what Jerry refers to as "BIG Menu Energy". Imagine a delicious hi-definition visual menu spanning an entire restaurant wall!Jerry found lots of early success in his creation, so much success that he found that quality control started to become an issue.

Jerry decided to fight to keep his soul. In fact, although he didn't know it at the time, the Covid-19 pandemic would be the start of a 5 year roller coaster journey of transition and transformation. A journey that would test his will, his faith, customer loyalty, his health and his unfortunate sanity.
