User Rights

Requests are processed within 45 days or as required by law. We recognize universal opt-out signals in accordance with Delaware DPDPA and similar laws beginning January 1, 2026.
If we decline to fulfill a particular request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing us again with the subject "Privacy Request Appeal." We will review and respond to appeals within a reasonable time (usually 45 days). USA News, LLC will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. For example, we will not deny you our services or charge different prices because you made a privacy request.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We will require proof of the agent’s authority and may need to verify your identity directly.
Maryland residents have additional protections, including a ban on data sales regardless of consent. Minnesota residents have the right to contest automated profiling decisions.

Children's Privacy
USA News, LLC is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have received information from a child under 13, we will delete it. Users under 18 should only use the site with parental permission.
