Brad’s entrepreneurial journey began in creating his own luxury candle company Namdar Décor, and later a powerful international art house called The House of Namdar. Through these ventures, he introduced innovative, high-end luxury products that pushed the boundaries of both aesthetic and functionality, all while impacting communities and environments in meaningful ways. Namdar Décor earned recognition from top retailers, carried by powerhouses, such as Neiman Marcus, Horchow, as well as, over 300 retailers in 11 countries, quickly becoming a favorite among retailers and designers worldwide.

Brad quickly became an expert in international trade and commerce, supply management systems, manufacturing, distributing, product sourcing, and wholesale to retail networks. 

Even more remarkable is Brad did all this in his first 3 years of launching his business. 

Due to his success, experiences from owning his own company’s, among other valuable experiences, Brad then was a high demand consultant for various businesses in the private sector, and was asked to serve on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Small Business Advisory Council. 

Brad’s consulting company was soon born focusing on offering strategic solutions to businesses both domestically, and how to source, scale growth, and secure financing for businesses. Brad also has valuable insight in international trade, brand development, supply chain management, and sales. 

Brad didn’t stop there, his passion for sports led him to several leadership roles where he delivered results for various sports programs by using his entrepreneurial spirit, passion for sports, operational excellence, marketing, and raising funds - all together. 

In 2022 he was made the General Manager and Sporting Director of the Denton Diabloes ( a NPSL soccer team), where he delivered record breaking results in fan attendance, ticket sales, sponsorships, and overall revenue for the club. 

Due to his success at Denton, and his desire to move onto the professional sports management side, it was no surprise that Mehrdad Moayedi, owner of the Texas Outlaws, asked Brad to be his teams General Manager and Sporting Director. Namdar accepted the challenge and in his first season as a professional sports team General Manager, Namdar achieved record-setting success at the club. 

Under his tenure, Namdar increased revenue the clubs revenue by 600%, brought a record number of sponsorships, community outreach initiatives, grew their fan base, the largest home opener attendance in the club’s history, and through his business acumen, cut 60% of operational costs from the year prior to his arrival. The following season, he guided the team to a successful ownership transition. 

Namdar's approach had turned the club into a sustainable, community-focused organization when he handed over the club to the new ownership group and staff. 

Commitment to Legacy and Community

For Brad Namdar, financial success isn’t the most important thing, but it is some measure of success, “You have to know what the goals and mission of any company, organization, private entity, or public entity has,” said Namdar, “ Once you know their ‘goals’, I am able to put a comprehensive and impactful action plan.”

Namdar’s commitment to community and cultural contributions underscores the belief that business success should be leveraged to uplift others. Namdar’s philanthropic efforts supporting over 50 non-profit organizations (with many focusing on education, the arts, youth development, and sports) reflect his dedication to giving back to society.

Namdar has held advisory and leadership roles in numerous civic boards and nonprofit organizations, including his appointment by the Governor of Texas to serve on the OneStar Foundation Board in 2020, where, as a member of the Board, he was a crucial part of ensuring the allocation of public funds were awarded to nonprofits throughout Texas. Additionally, his role as a Paul Harris Rotarian, and U.S. Chamber of Commerce Small Business Advisory Council, further highlighted his commitment to pursuing change for his generation and the development of local business ecosystems.

Brad has always had a passion to help other people, this is demonstrated by being the Founder of “Dream Big,” an award-winning social entrepreneurship initiative, which reached 3,000+ children through 40 charity events and camps (Namdar created Dream Big while he was an undergraduate at SMU). 

Under his leadership, Dream Big won the SMU Big Ideas in 2011, and received recognition for its efforts in transforming the lives of young people locally and internationally (e.g. - CBS Texan with Character Award, Humanitarian of the Year, and recognition from countless elected officials).
