NATIONWIDE - JUNE 2025 - (USAnews.com) — Diagnosed with ADHD at 39, Yarden Carroll's journey toward success was anything but typical. After years of excelling in corporate roles, completing college, and managing the demands of motherhood, Carroll always felt that life was harder than it appeared. She had mastered the art of masking, overdelivering at work while silently battling overwhelming feelings of exhaustion and burnout behind the scenes.

But it wasn’t until her ADHD diagnosis that everything changed.

"The diagnosis didn’t bring shame. It brought clarity," Carroll reflects. "I wasn’t scattered, I was wired differently. Understanding my brain’s unique wiring allowed me to stop fighting against myself and start building systems that work with me, not against me."

This clarity led to the creation of Crowned Creative, a brand strategy studio where Carroll helps experts, especially women with ADHD, package their brilliance into premium offers that convert. Her mission is simple: to help women clarify their message, own their value, and stop undercharging for their genius.

“I teach women, particularly those with ADHD, how to create offers that convert, while still honoring their energy and mental health," says Carroll. "My mission is to turn 'too much'—the qualities society often sees as chaotic, into the most powerful asset in their business."

Carroll’s journey to founding Crowned Creative wasn’t linear. Despite years of success in corporate settings, earning dual certifications in digital marketing from the American Marketing Association and the Digital Marketing Institute, and raising a family, it wasn’t until she understood her ADHD diagnosis that everything began to click.

"For so many years, I was trying to operate within structures that didn’t align with how my brain works," Carroll explains. "When I embraced my ADHD, I stopped following blueprints made for other people. Instead, I created systems that worked for me, and that’s how I built Crowned Creative."

The foundation of Carroll's business lies in her R.E.G.A.L. Offer Framework, a unique five-step system that empowers entrepreneurs to raise their rates, clarify their message, and scale their impact without risking burnout. This framework is designed with the understanding that entrepreneurs, particularly those with ADHD, need strategies that work with their natural tendencies rather than forcing them to conform to conventional business models.

"I don’t teach hustle," says Carroll. "I teach honor—honoring your time, your talent, and your voice in every offer you build."

While many marketing consultants focus on helping clients get visible, Carroll’s goal is deeper: to help women get clear, get paid, and get peace. Her clients are often brilliant service-based women who have struggled with being overlooked, undervalued, or underpaid. Through Crowned Creative, Carroll provides the tools and guidance to help these women turn perceived challenges, like being “too much” or “too different”, into strengths.

Carroll’s personal story resonates deeply with the women she serves. She has faced the challenges of grief, mental health struggles, and motherhood firsthand. In 2020, after the loss of her father to COVID-19, she continued her education while homeschooling her children, all while navigating the complexities of raising a child diagnosed with autism. Despite these overwhelming challenges, Carroll found a way to push forward, creating systems and strategies that allowed her to thrive.

"Your past doesn’t disqualify your power, it prepares you for your purpose," Carroll shares. "I’ve been through grief, loss, and burnout. But those experiences gave me the strength and clarity to build a business that aligns with my values and my brain's unique wiring."

Crowned Creative is more than just a business—it’s a movement that empowers women to stop shrinking and start owning their value. Carroll’s ultimate goal is to help women stop undercharging for their expertise and start selling with integrity and confidence. Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that women, especially those with ADHD, deserve to build businesses that honor their brilliance, not just hustle to meet external expectations.

“My mission is simple,” Carroll concludes. “I help women like me, women who have been told they’re too much or too different, to embrace those qualities and build businesses that reflect their true value. I believe brains like mine don’t follow blueprints. We build them.”
