As a mother, entrepreneur, leader, and frequent business traveller, she knows the weight women carry. Not just the physical load… but the mental one.

Wanting to create something that lightened that load,  Iluka Cindi founded Hustle & Grace Official, a coastal-luxe lifestyle brand designed to bring order, elegance and breathing room back into women’s lives.

The Genesis of Hustle and Grace Official

Raised on the Gold Coast of Australia, Iluka Cindi’s journey has been shaped by a deep understanding of the emotional and practical burdens that women carry. With over 15 years of experience working in mental health, community services, andDomestic and Family Violence, Iluka Cindi witnessed firsthand the toll that constant pressure takes on women’s well-being. Whether supporting families in crisis or managing her own life’s challenges, she recognised the need for a brand that could address both the practical and emotional sides of life.

In 2025, after experiencing mild burnout herself, Iluka Cindi launched Hustle and Grace Official with a mission to provide modern women with products and systems that ease their mental load. At the heart of this mission is the release of The Iluka Tote, a luxury hybrid bag designed for women on the move. The tote offers practical features like a padded laptop sleeve, an insulated food compartment, card slots, and a built-in charging port, all in one elegant, sustainable, versatile design.
