The Billaeon Group Expands Global Reach with Billionaires Conference

The Billaeon Group, founded by Ambassador Eniola Cole, expands its impact with The Kingdom International School and the Billaeon Billionaires Conference this September.

On November 11, 2024, the Nigerian Presidential Villa in Abuja fell silent as Ambassador Eniola Cole placed her book, Faith in Action: The Chain Breaker, into the hands of the nation’s highest office. For many, it was a symbolic moment. For Cole, it represented resilience, faith, and a turning point in a lifelong mission to uplift communities and create systemic change.

From Personal Loss to Global Leadership

Cole’s journey has been shaped by profound challenges from a diagnosis of sickle cell disease at the age of 13 years. The death of her mother in 2009 was a devastating blow, but it also gave her a deep empathy for others navigating hardship. That experience fueled her determination to create pathways of support for vulnerable communities.

By 2011, while studying International Relations and the Media at the University of Essex in the United Kingdom, Cole found her “light bulb moment.” Her thesis on terrorism and the media, focusing on Boko Haram, sharpened her understanding of instability’s root causes: poverty, governance gaps, and illiteracy. Instead of following a conventional career, she built platforms for dialogue and mobilized students across Britain, welcoming dignitaries such as Dr. Kate Anolue and Hon. Dr. Abike Dabiri-Erewa. These forums became the foundation of her commitment to youth leadership and democratic participation.

Building Global Platforms

Cole further refined her leadership during her work with two American think tanks, the International Republican Institute (IRI) and the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES). With mentorship from global leaders, she trained thirty field assets, reached more than 30,000 beneficiaries, and supported voter registration strategies that gained recognition from international observers.

Out of these experiences, The Billaeon Group was born. Its flagship “Raising Young Women” initiative began with forty participants and grew to one hundred during the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, it has empowered more than one thousand women with civic and political leadership skills. The group also hosts the annual Billaeon Billionaires Conference, bringing together mentors, entrepreneurs, and changemakers across sectors.

The scale is evident: over 48,000 direct beneficiaries reached to date, including more than 1,000 young women supported through leadership training following the 2025 Juneteenth Anniversary events in Abuja and Lagos. Covered by international outlets including the BBC, the celebrations combined cultural heritage with tangible impact — from distributing sanitary pads to young women to highlighting the shared history of African and African American communities.

Academic Excellence and Thought Leadership

Cole’s credibility rests not only on her lived experience but also on her academic achievements. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Atlanta College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, a master’s in International Relations and the Media from the University of Essex, and has completed executive programs at Harvard University on AI Ethics in Business. She also studied Economics and International Business at the International Business Management Institute in Germany.

Her authorship spans multiple book series, including AI in Entrepreneurship, AI in Real Estate, Leadership in Action, and Faith in Action. These works, many approved for academic use, demonstrate her ability to connect research, practice, and innovation.

The Kingdom International School

Among The Billaeon Group’s most ambitious projects is The Kingdom International School (KIS), accredited by Skill Development Council Canada and led by Harvard University graduates. The school delivers online professional courses such as AI for Real Estate, AI in Entrepreneurship, Leadership in Action, and The Theology of Faith.

Each program offers dual certification, pairing academic rigor with global recognition and access to professional networks. As Cole explains, “We seek to support over 12 million students with current skills required to fit into today’s market realities.” The school exemplifies her belief that education must be both accessible and transformative.

A Mission of Holistic Transformation

At its core, The Billaeon Group is about systemic change. From democratic governance initiatives to philanthropic outreach and entrepreneurial incubation, Cole and her team focus on turning vision into measurable outcomes.

The Billaeon Billionaires Conference reflects this holistic model: combining business principles with purpose-driven mentorship, it fosters environments where young leaders can thrive both economically and socially.

As 2025 unfolds, the group is scaling its reach across Africa and beyond. With programs designed to empower women, nurture visionary leaders, and provide access to world-class education, The Billaeon Group continues to expand its influence on a global stage.

Gratitude and Global Partnerships

The organization extends its thanks for spiritual mentorship to Ambassador Uebert Angel, Special Presidential Envoy and Ambassador at Large for Zimbabwe; financial supporters including Dr. Ken Ukeagu, Mrs. Uloma Osuala, Chief Sunday Agwa Audu, and Mr. Wale Adebajo at the British High Commission, as well as mentors across the United States, United Kingdom, Ghana, and Nigeria. Notable partners include Senator Kevin Parker of New York; Dr. Roderick Palton, Superintendent at District 31, USA; Tracie Ohonme, Founder of Samaritan’s Feet International; Mayor Abigail Marshall Katung, the first African Mayor of Leeds, UK; Hon. Vincent Oppong Asamoah, Chairman of Works and Housing Committee, Parliament of Ghana; Hon. Dr. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, Chairman of NiDCOM; and Madam Beatrice Eyong, UN Women Representative to Nigeria and ECOWAS.
