Wounds To Wings Life Coaching: Empowering Women To Heal, Reclaim Their Voice, And Live With Purpose

Nationwide (USANews) Bina Freilich, founder of Wounds to Wings LLC, offers a unique and deeply personal approach to life coaching. She helps women heal from trauma, reclaim their voice, navigate life with clarity and confidence, rediscover love, explore dating, and — most importantly — fall in love with themselves.
A survivor of generational trauma, chronic pain, and domestic abuse, Freilich has transformed her own pain into a purpose-driven practice that empowers women to reconnect with their self-worth and move forward with strength.
As a certified life coach and trauma survivor, Freilich grounds her work in both lived experience and professional training. “I don’t coach from a pedestal — I coach from the trenches,” she says. Her down-to-earth, empathetic style creates a space where clients feel seen, heard, and truly supported.
Her story is one of resilience. Wounds to Wings began as a small support group and has since evolved into a national coaching practice helping women rise beyond survival and into lives of purpose.
“The more I helped women heal, the more it healed me,” Freilich shares.
At the heart of her coaching is the belief that women are not broken — they simply need help reconnecting with their strength.
“So many women feel unseen. My job isn’t to fix them — it’s to remind them they were never broken to begin with.”
Through Wounds to Wings, Freilich offers more than just coaching — she becomes an ally. Whether rebuilding after abuse, navigating transitions, rediscovering lost dreams, or finding confidence again, she walks beside each client every step of the way.
“I created Wounds to Wings to remind women: your story isn’t over. You are not alone. And you can still rise.”
Her trauma-informed approach blends compassion with real-world tools. Clients don’t receive cookie-cutter advice — they get personalized support, including guidance on navigating emotional healing, practical resources, and even legal awareness when needed.

Freilich also shares openly about her own challenges with anxiety and being diagnosed with anxiety-induced ADHD:
“I used to feel ashamed when I didn’t understand something right away. I thought asking for help meant I wasn’t smart. But I’ve learned that asking for help isn’t weakness — it’s wisdom.”
That vulnerability has become part of her power. It resonates with women who have been told they’re “too much” or “not enough.”
“We’re not meant to fit in a box — we’re meant to be exactly what we are: unique.”
In addition to life coaching, Freilich is a passionate advocate for mindfulness and meditation — tools that played a key role in managing her chronic pain. She shared this journey in Episode 63 of the Mindset Matters podcast by the Virginia Spine Institute.
Her work continues to inspire women nationwide. Featured on platforms like the Digital Trailblazers podcast, Freilich also uses her social media platforms to share empowering insights, honest reflections, and resources that help women heal wounded parts of themselves, uncover hidden confidence, and begin living the lives they truly deserve.
“Healing isn’t about forgetting the past. It’s about finally believing you deserve a beautiful future,” she says.
