His roles ranged from 911 operator to SWAT team member, and he rose to leadership as a sergeant and watch commander. Throughout his career, Gollop faced the unpredictable challenges of public service, including two severe on-duty injuries that forced him to medically retire.
“Policing was more than a career—it was my identity,” Gollop explained. “When I had to step away, I knew I needed to find a new purpose, one that allowed me to continue serving people in a meaningful way.”

After retiring from law enforcement, Gollop explored his creative side, becoming a standup comedian who traveled the country performing as a feature entertainer. However, his ultimate career pivot came when he decided to enter the real estate industry in 2015.
“I was drawn to real estate because it offered the chance to build something new, to connect with people, and to help them achieve their dreams,” Gollop shared.
His first year in real estate proved his natural aptitude for the profession. Gollop earned the title of “Rookie of the Year” among 140 agents in his office and received sales awards from all three brokerages he worked with.
