Perkins, an entrepreneur and strategist with expertise in trade, technology, and economic development, has officially announced her candidacy for the 2028 U.S. Presidential Election. As the President and CEO of Commodity Capitol IBC Inc. and the founder of MaxAIAm, Dr. Perkins has built a career in financial strategy, artificial intelligence, and business development. Now, she is launching a campaign centered on economic opportunity, technological innovation, and social equity.

With experience spanning business, law, and community engagement, Dr. Perkins has held leadership positions across multiple industries. She graduated magna cum laude in History Pre-Law from Southeastern Louisiana University, where she served as Vice President of the Panhellenic Organization and was a member of the President’s Admission Panel. She later attended Loyola University College of Law in New Orleans on a full scholarship.

Dr. Perkins has been recognized for her leadership, including being named the face of the 2025 International Women’s Day by SparkLife International.
