WORLDWIDE, September 24, 2024 - Amidst rising global tensions and the daily pressures of life, Journaling.com is inviting individuals worldwide to come together for a 10-day Atomic Mindfulness event. From October 1st to 10th, this unique, community-driven event aims to spread waves of peace, love, and positivity through the power of collective mindfulness.

The founder of Journaling.com, Rebecca Kochenderfer, explains the purpose behind the event:  "I saw the news this morning and thought, ‘This is why Journaling.com’s Atomic Mindfulness program is so important.’ By all of us practicing mindfulness on the same 10 days, we will be sending waves of positivity and peace out into the world."
