Starting her career in the entertainment industry, she worked as a commercial actress and later as a television producer, helping a small company of 3 grow into a robust organization of 110 employees. However, when the market crashed in 2008, the company she helped build collapsed with it, leading Nadea into a period of depression and struggling with alcohol abuse.

“I hit rock bottom, and it was a tough road to recovery,” Nadea shares. “I went to rehab, and when I came out, I realized I wanted to do something meaningful with my life.”

Her personal struggles led her to the world of mental health, where she began working at a rehab center. Within six months, Nadea was running the facility. Her deep commitment to understanding the complexities of mental health and addiction, combined with her personal experience, sparked a passion for helping others, and she never looked back. Since 2012, she has founded and operated a residential treatment center in Beverly Hills, two outpatient treatment centers, and worked as COO of an outpatient group practice for five years.

In 2025, Nadea co-founded Blackburn Clinical Services, where she continues to help people overcome their struggles with mental health and addiction in a more personal, collaborative way.
