Q&A With Charlotte Alexandra
Q: Why did you decide to speak publicly about your life experiences?
Charlotte Alexandra: For many years, I kept many of my experiences and personal struggles private. As a survivor of child satanic ritual abuse and someone who experienced gangstalking in 2023 due to misunderstandings surrounding Reiki and Seichim practices, I understand how isolating and emotionally overwhelming certain experiences can feel.
Over time, I realized that many people silently carry trauma, anxiety, grief, and deeply difficult personal experiences while feeling completely alone. I chose to speak openly about my journey because I hope it may help others who have faced similar situations feel understood, supported, and less isolated.
Through honesty, strength, and courage, I want people to know that healing, personal growth, and rebuilding your life are possible, even after extremely difficult periods. If sharing my experiences helps even one person feel seen or encouraged, then speaking publicly about them is worthwhile.
Q: What was your childhood like growing up in Bournemouth?
Charlotte Alexandra: Bournemouth felt like a close community when I was growing up. Families knew each other and there was a strong sense of familiarity. At the same time, I often struggled with confidence and feeling different from others.
Faith became an important source of comfort for me from an early age. My grandmother encouraged prayer, church, and reading the Bible, and those values stayed with me throughout my life.
Q: Why do you believe conversations around emotional wellbeing are important?
Charlotte Alexandra: Because many people silently struggle with stress, emotional exhaustion, anxiety, or difficult personal experiences. Sometimes people feel pressure to hide how they truly feel.
I believe open conversations around emotional wellbeing can help reduce shame and encourage people to seek support, build healthier boundaries, and focus on healing.

Q: How did your professional career influence your confidence?
Charlotte Alexandra: Working in banking taught me a lot about discipline, resilience, and believing in my abilities. I worked very hard and eventually became one of the top-performing sales associates nationally at the bank where I worked in the United Kingdom.
That experience gave me confidence during an important period in my life, especially as I was becoming a mother. My son gave me a much stronger sense of purpose and motivation.
Q: How did Reiki and Seichem become part of your journey?
Charlotte Alexandra: I was introduced to Reiki during a time when I was feeling emotionally and physically overwhelmed. For me, the experience encouraged mindfulness, relaxation, self-reflection, and emotional balance.
I always make it clear that my Christian faith remains central in my life. Prayer, reading the Bible, spending time in nature, and focusing on compassion and personal growth are all deeply important to me.
Q: Your social media content is very personal and varied. Why do you share so openly?
Charlotte Alexandra: Because real life is not perfect. I think many people are tired of unrealistic portrayals online. Through my platform I discuss faith, motherhood, emotional resilience, relationships, personal growth, and the importance of protecting your mental wellbeing.
A lot of people connect with honesty because they have faced their own personal struggles and challenges.
Q: What role does faith play in your life today?
Charlotte Alexandra: Faith is incredibly important to me. Returning to prayer and reconnecting with my beliefs helped me regain peace, clarity, and emotional stability during difficult periods in my life.
I feel healthiest mentally and emotionally when I stay grounded in faith, gratitude, and positive values.
Q: What can readers expect from your upcoming book?
Charlotte Alexandra: My upcoming book, She Is Not A Witch, She’s An Angel, explores my personal experiences, emotional growth, faith journey, and the lessons I have learned throughout challenging periods in my life.
At its heart, the book is about resilience, hope, and finding strength through difficult circumstances.
Q: What message would you most like readers to take away from your story?
Charlotte Alexandra: I want people to know they should never lose hope. Difficult experiences do not define your future. Healing, personal growth, faith, and self-awareness can completely change a person’s life.
Most importantly, I want people to feel less alone. If my story encourages someone to focus on their wellbeing, reconnect with faith, or seek support, then sharing my journey has been worthwhile.

Charlotte Alexandra continues to grow her online platform while preparing for the release of her upcoming book. Through storytelling, faith-centered reflections, and honest conversations about resilience and recovery, she hopes to encourage positive discussions surrounding healing, personal growth, and emotional wellbeing.
