Empowering Queens: MCA-Pennsylvania’s Inaugural Competition Sets the Stage for Bold Leadership
NATIONWIDE - DECEMBER 2025 - (USAnews.com) In a world that often underestimates the power of women’s leadership, there are moments when platforms emerge that amplify the voices of women. Ms. Corporate America Pennsylvania (MCA-PA) is one such platform. With a mission to empower women, elevate brands, and build impactful futures, MCA-PA is more than a competition, it's a movement, a celebration of strength, resilience, and leadership.
From Idea to Reality: The Birth of MCA-Pennsylvania
MCA-PA is part of the larger Ms. Corporate America brand, bringing the national competition to Pennsylvania for the first time. In 2027, Pennsylvania will host its inaugural pageant, with the winner advancing to the national competition in Florida.
"We are thrilled to represent Pennsylvania for the first time in this prestigious competition," says Angela Thompson, President of Ms. Corporate America Pennsylvania. "This is an opportunity to showcase the incredible women in Pennsylvania who are ready to lead on the national stage."
MCA-PA was born out of a desire to create lasting impact, driven by the understanding that women often face challenges in gaining recognition in the corporate world. With a shared passion for elevating women, President Angela Thompson and Vice President Natalie Neal established a competition that would provide the tools, visibility, and support for women to lead and thrive.
“We wanted to create a platform where women could thrive and get the recognition they deserve. MCA-PA is about elevating women’s voices and creating lasting change,” says Neal.
MCA-PA offers more than a competition; it’s an ecosystem designed to cultivate women leaders. Participants gain access to networking opportunities, professional development workshops, and community service initiatives, empowering them to build their brands while serving their communities.

MCA-PA is about creating opportunities for women to forge their paths, build networks, and transform their communities. Participants are given the tools to expand their visibility, grow their personal brands, and develop professionally. Each woman represents not only herself but also her city, community, and the businesses she serves.
A Competitive Spirit with a Purpose
MCA-PA reflects the challenges women face in the corporate world, challenges often overlooked. It celebrates the women who rise above adversity and create paths for others to follow. The competition honors leadership in its many forms, emphasizing not only professional success but also community impact.
MCA-PA recognizes four prestigious awards: Corporate Woman of the Year, Leadership Excellence, Community Impact & Service, and Legacy Leadership. These awards underscore that leadership is multifaceted and requires both professional achievement and making a difference in the world.
“The women we seek are leaders in every sense, they inspire, give back, and create lasting change,” says Neal. “It’s about setting a standard for leadership that is driven by purpose.”
A New Era of Women in Leadership
This competition is more than just a platform for individual participants; it’s an opportunity to redefine leadership. In today’s world, leadership isn’t solely about titles or corner offices, it’s about vision, impact, and the ability to inspire others. Through MCA-PA, women can expand their influence, gain recognition, and access resources that will continue to propel them forward.
"For us, MCA-PA is about legacy, building a foundation of leadership that will inspire women for years to come,” says Thompson. “We’re proud to crown women who lead with integrity, passion, and a commitment to making the world a better place.”
