Premium Corporate Opens U.S. Headquarters and Prepares PBR Licensed Leather Collection Launch
Premium Corporate opens its U.S. headquarters and prepares to launch handcrafted PBR licensed leather goods in late 2026.

After more than a decade building licensed lifestyle products for John Deere, Ford and Komatsu across Latin America, co-founder Bruno Soldovieri leads the company's entry into the American western and agricultural market from Miami.
Premium Corporate North America LLC, the U.S. arm of Brazilian manufacturer Premium Corporate, today announced the upcoming launch of its first American product line: a collection of handcrafted leather goods produced under license from PBR (Professional Bull Riders). The collection is scheduled to reach the U.S. market in late 2026 through specialty western retailers, Amazon and the company's own e-commerce channels.
The move marks the first international expansion for a company that has spent more than a decade proving a specific thesis: that licensed products can be built with the same manufacturing standards as premium goods, rather than treated as promotional merchandise. Premium Corporate was founded in 2013 in Brazil by Bruno Soldovieri and Fabricio, who serves as CEO of Premium Corporate in Brazil. Today the company employs roughly 20 people, generates approximately R$32 million in annual revenue (about US$6 million) and holds licenses for John Deere, Ford, Komatsu and BRUDER.
Its products reach consumers through more than 300 dealerships across Brazil, its own e-commerce sites, and the region's largest online marketplaces, with exports to more than four Latin American countries since 2020.

A Manufacturer, Not a Reseller
What separates Premium Corporate from most licensees is that it does not source finished goods. The company develops, manufactures and sells its own products, controlling design, leather selection, cutting and finishing. The leather lines are cut and assembled by hand in Brazil, a country with one of the world's deepest traditions in leather tanning and craftsmanship, in a partner factory the company has worked with for years.
“We are not a marketing company that puts a logo on a product someone else made,” said Bruno Soldovieri, CEO of Premium Corporate North America. “We spent twelve years earning the right to carry brands like John Deere and Ford by building things that hold up in the field. That is the only thing we know how to sell, and it is what we are bringing to the United States.”
The PBR Collection
Signed in April 2026, the PBR license covers a range of leather goods aimed at the American western and agricultural consumer: a weekender duffle, backpacks, toiletry bags, bifold wallets and card holders. The line is built in Crazy Horse leather, a full-grain, oil-pulled hide that develops a distinct patina with use, in Coffee, Caramel and Black, with the PBR mark embossed rather than printed.
Retail prices are expected to range from US$49 for small leather goods to US$350 for travel pieces.
The positioning is deliberate. The company identified a gap in the U.S. western goods market between high-volume products that fail within a season and heritage brands priced beyond the reach of most working buyers. Premium Corporate is entering the middle of that range with a stated promise it uses across the line: crafted for generations.
“PBR is the toughest sport on dirt, and the gear that carries that name has to behave the same way,” Soldovieri said. “Our test is simple. In ten years, does the product look worse, or does it look better? Real leather looks better.”
“Everything ships from the same factory floor and the same standards we have used in Brazil for over a decade,” said Fabricio, CEO of Premium Corporate in Brazil, who oversees product development and manufacturing. “Nothing about the process changes because the customer is now in Texas instead of Mato Grosso.”
