Pittsburgh, PA and Reston, VA – September 2025 – Profituity, a Nacha Preferred Partner since 2017, is expanding its commitment to ACH compliance with a new licensing agreement with Nacha. This agreement integrates the Nacha Operating Rules & Guidelines into Profituity's AI-driven platform, Alice, aimed at providing Third-Party Senders and Third-Party Service Providers easier, real-time access to these essential rules.

The new collaboration makes it simpler for ACH participants, particularly those involved in processing and sending ACH payments, to engage with the latest Nacha Operating Rules. By integrating these rules directly into Alice, Profituity ensures that users can quickly find and apply rule-based information during day-to-day operations.

AI-Powered Compliance for Real-Time Rule Engagement

Under this agreement, Profituity’s Alice platform utilizes advanced AI to offer instant responses to users' questions about the Nacha Operating Rules. Instead of manually searching through the dense Nacha guidelines, users can now interact directly with Alice’s AI assistant to receive relevant answers sourced directly from the latest rules content. This ensures that users get accurate, up-to-date information in real-time, simplifying compliance tasks and reducing the chance of mistakes.

Alice’s AI-powered assistant is designed to help users quickly find the specific rules they need, which is especially important in the fast-paced world of ACH transactions. Whether answering questions about ACH processing requirements or specific operational guidelines, Alice offers quick, reliable access to the Nacha Rules, ensuring compliance without unnecessary delays.

However, Profituity stresses that Alice is not a replacement for the official Nacha Operating Rules & Guidelines. Rather, it serves as a complementary tool designed to enhance users' understanding and interaction with the rules. The official Nacha Rules remain the definitive source of guidance for all ACH Network participants.

Supporting the Growing Third-Party Sender Ecosystem

A key component of this collaboration is its focus on Third-Party Senders, an essential and rapidly growing segment of the ACH Network. These organizations act as intermediaries, facilitating ACH transactions on behalf of others, and ensuring they remain compliant with the ever-evolving Nacha Rules is crucial. By integrating the Nacha Operating Rules into Alice, Profituity is providing Third-Party Senders with a tool that simplifies rule interpretation and helps them stay compliant in real-time.

“We’re thrilled to work with Nacha to offer a more accessible way for ACH participants to engage with the rules directly when they need it most,” said George McKee III, Founder and CEO of Profituity. “Alice allows users to quickly understand the rules they need for day-to-day operations, which gives them more confidence when making compliance decisions. This partnership is designed to keep the ACH Network running smoothly by making compliance more manageable.”

This integration is especially valuable for Third-Party Senders, who often face complex questions about rule application during daily operations. With Alice, they can access the most relevant Nacha Rules sections on-demand, ensuring they’re consistently following proper procedures.

A Stronger ACH Network

The agreement between Profituity and Nacha also reflects both organizations' shared commitment to strengthening the ACH Network as a whole. With the volume of ACH transactions continuing to grow, making compliance easier and more efficient is a top priority for all involved. By offering easy access to the Nacha Operating Rules through Alice, Profituity is helping to ensure that ACH participants can remain compliant and confident in their operations.

“Our goal is to provide Third-Party Senders with the tools they need to stay compliant,” said Victoria Day, Chief Communications Officer at Nacha. “This partnership with Profituity represents a significant step forward in helping organizations meet the complexities of the ACH rules and enhance the overall quality of the ACH Network.”
