RLI Selects Sabine Steinbrecher and Hiveologie to Lead Curriculum Overhaul and AI Integration for LANDU®

NATIONWIDE -FEBRUARY 2026 - (USAnews.com) The REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI) has engaged Sabine Steinbrecher and her team at Hiveologie Accelerated Learning to lead a comprehensive project focused on updating and elevating its global leading land education catalog.

The project involves a deep collaboration between Steinbrecher, the RLI education team, and RLI’s subject matter experts to update the content of the entire course catalog, starting with the core Land 101 course. Over the next year or so, the team will update course content plus both the instructional design and the visual presentation for virtual and instructor-led offerings, focusing on practical activities and applications that students can utilize immediately. This initiative ensures that LANDU® students continue to have access to the most up-to-date and most advanced knowledge across the entire spectrum of real estate land transaction education globally.

Furthering this curriculum expansion, Hiveologie is also developing a new “Introduction to Land” CE course specifically for residential agents. This online course will be made available broadly to elevate knowledge for more residential agents to consider land transactions in their portfolio.

Finally, Steinbrecher has the distinct honor of working with the RLI instructor community at their 20th anniversary National Land Conference this March.
