Introducing a Taste of the Pacific to New Mexico
With limited ethnic food options in Alamogordo, Garden Isle Grill’s Hawaiian and Japanese-inspired menu quickly became a community favorite. "Our dream was to share the flavors we grew up with, blending the bold tastes of our hometowns in Hawaii and Japan," says Allan Manuel, Owner/Operator of Garden Isle Grill. "We’re thrilled to serve the community with our food truck and now expanding into catering services."
