United States International Development of Human Rights (USIDHR) Commemorates the International Day of Children's Rights with a Landmark Event in Haiti

Washington D.C. - December 1, 2023 (USANews.com) - In a heartwarming celebration of the International Day of Children's Rights, the United States International Development of Human Rights (USIDHR) proudly announces the successful conclusion of a momentous event in Haiti, led by our esteemed Regional Director in Haiti, Ms. Luca Chrislie, alongside the President of OCCED'H. This significant gathering, held under the banner 'For every child, all their rights,' marked a pivotal moment in our ongoing commitment to champion the rights of children globally.

The event, which benefited over a hundred children, saw the coming together of influential leaders and prominent organizations, including UNICEF and BPM. Together, we focused on the critical rights of children – health, education, housing, and beyond – reinforcing our collective resolve to ensure that every child enjoys the rights and freedoms they rightfully deserve.

Ms. Luca Chrislie's leadership in orchestrating this event highlights the passion and dedication USIDHR has towards children's advocacy. Through her guidance and the support of our partners, we have made significant strides in bringing the issues of children's rights to the forefront.

"Every child deserves a life filled with opportunities, care, and protection," said Isabelle Vladoiu, co-founder of USIDHR. "This event is not just a celebration but a call to action for everyone to recognize and uphold the rights of every child. Together, with our partners like UNICEF and BPM, we are making strides towards a future where every child can realize their full potential."

The event featured a series of engaging activities and workshops designed to educate and empower children, alongside discussions among leaders on strategies to further enhance children's welfare in Haiti and worldwide.

USIDHR extends its deepest gratitude to all the participating organizations, leaders, and the community for their unwavering support. We are inspired by the unity and commitment displayed and remain dedicated to our mission of advocating for and protecting the rights of children everywhere.

Join us in this noble cause. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of children around the world.
