In early 2022, the band began working on their most recent release, "Spooky Noodle". Inspired by popular original internet horror stories known as "Creepy Pastas", December Screams Embers has set out to fully encompass the stories within their compositions. In order to support their local music scene, the band features an artist on all but two tracks of the release. Spooky Noodle was released on October 22, 2023 following a release event that took place at Six Springs Tavern in Richardson, Tx. Unveiling their stirring force in the world of Rock and Metal,
