Brazilian Studio Delta&Co, With Clients Cluely, PicPay and Every.io, Goes Global as a High-End Creative Venture Studio

Delta&Co, the design and product studio founded in São Paulo by Junior Magalhães, is launching globally as a creative venture studio for high-growth startups and established brands, with a clear bet: craft over speed. The launch comes with a new partner: Ivan Cordeiro Junior, founder and CEO of venture builder Marfin Co., has joined the business to run business development, technology and marketing.

The positioning runs against the grain of the AI era. With tools that let anyone ship a product or a brand in days, much of what reaches the market now looks alike. Delta&Co is betting on the opposite: a small number of clients at a time, its founder leading every project and work treated as a craft, from the first sketch to the last line of frontend code.

Delta&Co puts product design, brand and frontend engineering in one team. It works across four practices: design engineering, product design, brands for AI-native companies and a startup studio that takes early ideas to a first product. Its selected work includes Every.io, Cluely and Amp Fitness in San Francisco and New York, and PicPay, Hubla, OSESP and De*Primeira in Brazil. For one client fresh from its seed round, a single engagement covered the rebrand, motion design, product design and landing page.

The studio has worked with startups backed by Y Combinator, Andreessen Horowitz, Sequoia Capital, Kaszek, Atlantico, Canary and Norte Ventures. Its Brazilian clients, among them Arvo, Bliss Saúde and 77sol, have raised more than R$200 million combined.

Delta&Co publishes its starting prices, all in US dollars:

  • A Studio month: One priority over one month, costs US$35,000.
  • A Defined project: Runs 8 to 12 weeks, from US$60,000.
  • An Ongoing partnership: Starts at US$30,000 a month, with a three-month minimum.

"Everyone is racing to ship faster. When AI lets anyone build in days, speed stops being an advantage and craft becomes the moat," said Junior Magalhães, founder of Delta&Co. "We would rather make fewer things, for fewer companies, and make them properly."

Under the partnership, Junior leads creative direction and client delivery. Ivan Cordeiro Junior and Marfin Co. take on business development in Brazil and abroad, with an early focus on the UK and continental Europe, plus the studio's technology and marketing. Ivan brings experience in international expansion and has taken companies from zero to more than R$30 million in revenue.

"The market is full of products that shipped fast and look the same. Junior works the way the studios founders admire in London and New York do: few clients, every detail considered," said Ivan Cordeiro Junior, founder and CEO of Marfin Co. "We are building a global studio for few but very good brands, and I see real room in Europe for Brazilian craft of this calibre."

Junior Magalhães has spent more than 15 years designing and building digital products. He was design lead at Loft, head of design at Hubla (YC S20) and led a design transformation at PicPay, and has collaborated with Google, Spotify, Netflix, IBM and Honda. He writes The White Rabbit (O Coelho Branco), a newsletter on design, AI and product, and co-authored a Brazilian guide to vibe coding with Vitor Amaral (Intercom) and Echos. In October, he won two awards at the 2026 Latin American Design Awards.
