Hampian’s path to founding Field Vision reads like a masterclass in growth across entertainment, tech, and media’s most demanding arenas.

At Pandora, he helped establish the company’s first growth team, launching marketing programs and artist partnerships that added millions of new customers and revenue streams. The scale only intensified at Twitch, where Hampian spearheaded the brand’s push beyond gaming into music and sports. His global campaigns and marquee partnerships drove double-digit lifts in customer growth and included high-profile moments such as leading marketing for the NFL’s Thursday Night Football on Twitch and launching the 26,000-square-foot Twitch Lounge at Allegiant Stadium with the Las Vegas Raiders.
It was at Amazon, however, where his philosophy crystallized. Tasked with building the Audience Development function from the ground up, Hampian designed systems that scaled far beyond individual campaigns. His team didn’t just drive performance — they built infrastructure. That included launching Amazon’s first GenAI entertainment product, Maestro, and producing cultural tentpoles such as Kendrick Lamar’s The Pop Out livestream, which became the most-watched in Amazon’s history.
Scaling Smarter: Field Vision’s Approach to Growth Systems in Marketing
Across these roles, Hampian saw a recurring flaw: brands chasing short-term wins without the systems to scale what worked. Marketing often ran in silos, leaving momentum to fade.
