Her 2015 revolutionary music video Revolution directly challenged extremist ideology, earning her global recognition and a place among Foreign Policy’s 100 Global Thinkers, alongside world leaders including Angela Merkel, Vladimir Putin, and Pope Francis, honoring her courage in using art as a weapon against terror and in defense of women’s rights.
