What if the eBay account sitting idle in your home could pay your electricity bill, cover your car fuel, or even become a second paycheck?
That’s not just a thought experiment. It’s the mission of Qasim Sana Ramay, a self-made entrepreneur from Multan, Pakistan, who has already transformed the financial lives of more than 10,000 people worldwide through eBay. Now, he is bringing that mission to the United States—helping everyday people turn unused eBay accounts into engines of opportunity.
From Multan to the World
Multan, known as the city of saints and home to the world’s finest mangoes, has long been celebrated for its history and heritage. But it is not usually seen as the birthplace of global business movements. Qasim, however, looked at his hometown differently.
From an early age, he believed the walls of geography should not limit human potential. He wanted to prove that a young man from a mid-sized city in Pakistan could stand shoulder to shoulder with global entrepreneurs and, more importantly, bring others along with him.
By 2025, that dream had grown far beyond Multan’s city limits. Empowerers had reached tens of thousands of people across Asia, Europe, and North America. Qasim himself had spoken at more than 700 events, from local workshops to international conferences, his videos reaching more than 30 million views online. What began as a small community had become a worldwide movement.

The Spark That Started It All
The world was in chaos in September 2020, but Qasim’s mind was racing with ideas. What if, he thought, people could build a sustainable income not by chasing the next trendy platform but by mastering one that already had billions of dollars flowing through it?
He sat down with his co-founder, Asif, and two early team members, Saif and Hassan. They talked late into the night. The idea was clear: build a tribe of eBay experts who not only sell online but also uplift one another. The response from his team was simple but decisive: “Sir, let’s do it.”
And so Empowerers was born, with a mission rooted in two principles:
Help ordinary people build successful online businesses.
Create a supportive community where success is shared.
This was not just about training. It was about transformation.
Why eBay? The Overlooked Giant
Most people looking into e-commerce in 2020 were focused on Amazon FBA, Shopify, or TikTok Shop. But Qasim deliberately chose eBay.
For him, eBay represented something others missed: accessibility. With little or no upfront investment, people could turn forgotten possessions or unsold inventory into real income. More importantly, eBay was not saturated with complicated logistics, expensive advertising, or steep learning curves. It was a marketplace ready to be unlocked.
He began by uploading free training videos on YouTube under the Empowerers brand, answering questions long into the night. His Facebook group, eCommerce by Empowerers, grew rapidly into a hub of knowledge-sharing, troubleshooting, and celebration.
Soon, the demand for structured mentorship exploded. Qasim responded by launching the eBay Business Course (EBC), a 75-hour live training program that many now call one of the most detailed eBay mentorships available. It was not theory, but practical knowledge delivered step by step.
Bridging Borders with Language and Learning
Qasim understood something many entrepreneurs overlook: language is more than communication; it is connection. His early audience was not Silicon Valley professionals; it was people who thought, dreamed, and learned in Urdu and Hindi.
So instead of forcing his community to adapt, he adapted to them. His trainings, both live and recorded, were delivered in these languages, breaking down complex strategies into relatable lessons.
The results were striking. Soon, Empowerers was attracting not just South Asians, but Urdu and Hindi speakers in the United States, UK, Australia, and Germany. From housewives to students, from professionals to small business owners, the movement spread wherever people wanted financial independence.
By 2025, his Facebook group had grown to more than 80,000 members worldwide, most of them interacting in English but rooted in the inclusive spirit that began in Urdu.
A $100 Million Impact
In just five years, Qasim’s students and followers collectively generated more than $100 million in sales on eBay.

This was not abstract growth, but tuition paid, debts erased, and households stabilized. It meant a parent covering medical bills, a student funding higher education, or a family affording their first vacation.
For Qasim, these figures were never vanity metrics. They were proof that transformation was possible. And he set a bold new target: empower another 10,000 people in the United States within five years.
Standing with eBay’s Global Leaders
By 2025, Empowerers had grown large enough to attract global attention. Qasim was invited to eBay Open 2025, one of the most prestigious e-commerce gatherings.

There, he met with top executives including President and CEO Jamie Iannone, CTO Mazen Rawashdeh, Chief AI Officer Nitzan Mekel-Bobrov and some of the VPs. Representing his global community, Qasim raised the voices of small and mid-sized sellers, pressing for solutions to everyday challenges.
It was a full-circle moment: from training people for free in his living room to standing with eBay’s global leadership, advocating for sellers everywhere.
A Common Man, an Uncommon Mission
Visit Qasim’s personal Facebook profile, and you will see a line that captures his philosophy:
“A common man on a mission to join the billion-dollar club and uplift others along the way. IA”
It is a rare statement in today’s business world: ambitious yet humble, aspirational yet grounded. Qasim does not see entrepreneurship as a solo climb. For him, success is a marathon best run with community, accountability, and shared wins.
The New Mission: Unlocking Idle Accounts
Qasim’s next focus is sharp: the United States and Western markets.
Millions of households already have eBay accounts sitting idle or underused. Meanwhile, Empowerers has thousands of trained sellers eager to manage them. The opportunity is clear: put idle accounts into the hands of ambitious entrepreneurs, and both parties benefit.
Even an additional $1,500 a month can cover groceries, utilities, or fuel. Empowerers-trained specialists handle the workload, while account owners share in the results.
To make this accessible, Qasim has made himself directly available: founder@empowerers.co.

Closing Inspiration
From the mango orchards of Multan to the boardrooms of Silicon Valley, Qasim Sana Ramay’s story is proof that you do not need to be born in the heart of global commerce to shape it. What you do need is vision, resilience, and the courage to lift others as you climb.
Empowerers is no longer just a company; it is an ecosystem. It shows that ordinary people can achieve extraordinary results when given the right tools, mentorship, and community.
And as Qasim often reminds his followers, the journey to the billion-dollar club is not about one person’s rise. It is about creating thousands of success stories along the way.
