Entrepreneur, thinker, and storyteller, Keseena Chengadu is redefining what it means to build with intuition, intellect, and purpose.

Some people follow plans. Others follow presence.

NATIONWIDE - NOVEMBER 2025 - (USAnews.com) — For Keseena, life has never been about chasing achievements or fitting into molds. It has always been about moving with purpose. “I just do what feels right for me in the moment,” she says. “I have been called predictably unpredictable, and I take that as a compliment.”

A Mind That Moves Between Worlds

Keseena’s path defies categories. She holds an LLM in International Business Law from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) UK, but her career has evolved well beyond law. Her work blends business and creativity, grounded in structure yet guided by instinct.

“I have never really cared about fitting into one box,” she says. “The few times I gave it a try, it never felt right. I would lose interest or get demotivated. Everyone has their version of who they think you should be - the spiritual people, the corporate people, even family. Each group adds a layer of judgment. Once in a while I tried to adjust to my environment but I realized peace lives outside those expectations.”

Her sense of discipline, she adds, was never taught by institutions. “It came from me. I learned to be disciplined very young because I wanted to. Over time, I have also learned to let go and loosen up. It feels good once in a while.”

That trust in her own rhythm is visible in everything she builds, with ventures that merge intellect and emotion, reason and flow. “I am not always precise,” she laughs. “I wish I were. But I am real, and that has taken me further than perfection ever could. It has also led to many challenges.”

Harvard and the Power of Presence

This 2025, Keseena attended a four-week program at Harvard University exploring how modern innovation meets consciousness. For her, it was not just an academic step but a personal dream realized. “I had always wanted to experience university life outside my comfort zone. Harvard was one of those teenage dreams that came true,” she says, smiling.

“Harvard reminded me that intellect and intuition belong in the same room,” she reflects. “With all the research and projects ongoing across the different faculties, it feels open-minded. I love that. A university that is not restrictive.”

The experience helped her give language to a philosophy she had already been living: combining analytical thinking with purpose-centered awareness and leading with authenticity.

The Heart Seat: Building Conversations That Matter

This same year, Keseena launched The Heart Seat, a podcast that invites guests into open, unfiltered conversations about life, purpose, and growth. The platform is still young and growing, but it carries her signature depth: Intuitive, global, evolving and raw.

“The Heart Seat is not about being big, it is about being real,” she says. “Even if it reaches a few people deeply or someone relates to just one part of an episode, that is already an impact.”

The idea came from her travels and the connections she made along the way. “So many times, I meet people while traveling. We talk, laugh, share something real, and then life moves on. But social media keeps us connected in small ways. I find that moving. I always wanted to write about those stories, and now I get to do it through the podcast on a much deeper and more meaningful level. Season one is all about people I have known for years and how those connections still inspire me.”

Each episode of The Heart Seat captures that spirit with part reflection, part storytelling, always rooted in truth and the shared humanity behind our journeys.

Órama: Structure with Purpose

At the foundation of her professional life stands Órama Corporate Services, a management company she co-founded and leads as CEO. Órama provides corporate structuring, tax planning, and advisory services for international clients operating across Africa and beyond who seek to maximize trade agreements, benefit from double-tax treaties, and structure their companies for growth and long-term stability.

For Keseena, Órama represents more than business. It is the embodiment of her belief that structure and purpose can coexist. “When I followed everyone’s version of how this business should look, I got frustrated,” she admits. “I had to step back many times, by choice or by force, and rebuild the structure so it could grow in alignment with my vision. That is actually where the name Órama came from. It means vision in Greek.”

Her pride comes not from expansion but from seeing others thrive. “When I see my clients’ businesses grow, it makes me genuinely happy. I worked with one client back in 2017, and after all the ups and downs, seeing them reach 9M USD in turnover feels like watching a seed you helped plant finally bloom. As one of my teammates said, at Órama we do not just set up companies. We become part of our clients’ journeys and their growth.”

Her leadership style does not fit the traditional mold. She is professional yet creative, strategic yet spiritual. “People expect businesswomen to look or behave a certain way, but I am not interested in that,” she says. “I am not a politician. You pay me to get the job done, and I do. What I wear or how I live outside of that is my business. We have to stop normalizing the stereotypes that the male world created.”

She does not shy away from calling out double standards either. “Men can bring an escort to a professional event and no one blinks. But if a woman posts a photo in a bikini or dances freely, suddenly she is unprofessional. That is not about professionalism. It is about control and objectification. A woman can be powerful, free, and respected at the same time, something the world is still learning to accept.”

A Real Kind of Leadership

Keseena’s story is not one of rebellion but of realignment. She builds, unbuilds, and rebuilds constantly, staying true to herself each time. Her strength lies not in perfection but in presence, a way of leading that is both grounded and unpredictable, structured and alive.

“The few times I let myself be guided by others, it never worked out,” she admits. “Ninety percent of my life I do not follow the crowd, and when I try, it usually ends in chaos. So I do my own thing. I know I am not the only person like this. I will find my people one day, but until then I am content being the unconventional one. Maybe not happy about being judged, but I prefer that to being bored, restricted, or disconnected. So here is to the unconventional me.”
