She is also a published author, best known for Knowing Your No: 407 Ways to Set Boundaries, along with several workbooks and children’s books designed to empower individuals across the lifespan.In addition, Dr. Erwin co-developed the SMASH curriculum (Social Mental Awareness for Students’ Health) to support mental wellness on college campuses, further demonstrating her commitment to preventative and educational mental health work.
