Additionally, longtime local employer Dell Technologies has reinforced its commitment to the region, extending its headquarters agreement in Round Rock for another 46 years.

Local government officials have embraced the shift, offering incentives to attract businesses and investing in infrastructure to support the growing workforce. With new housing developments, expanded transit options, and improved broadband access, Williamson County is positioning itself as a destination for high-tech industries and skilled professionals.

As companies continue to seek alternatives to Silicon Valley, Williamson County’s pro-business climate, affordable cost of living, and access to top talent make it a prime location for future growth.
